I am asking for feedback, please.

I need to get back to exercising every day.

I do not have more than an hour to spend doing anything. I work 9 and 10- hours per day.

Heavy cardiovascular exercises are out for me but I do need to increase my flexibility and strengthen my core.

I am very seriously looking at Pilates with a a Reformer and Cadillac chair. My youngest daughter is a certified personal trainer and said that she thinks that I will love it. My research says that I think I will too.

My other option is Yoga.

Any other suggestions based on what you are doing yourselves?

Thanks much!
I would recommend starting with yoga as a way to strengthen your core and work on your flexibility first. Then maybe move on to Pilates. I don't personally practice Pilates, but it seems more intensive (regarding intervals, etc.) I have been doing yoga for a few years now. I sought it out after regular back issues (my job is a back killer!) But now I love it for the overall benefits it provides...made me a better snowboarder, climber, and runner. I am, however, still working on finding my "Zen" place but I love the fact that yoga forces you to focus on breathing and pace.
