I am asking for feedback, please.

I need to get back to exercising every day.

I do not have more than an hour to spend doing anything. I work 9 and 10- hours per day.

Heavy cardiovascular exercises are out for me but I do need to increase my flexibility and strengthen my core.

I am very seriously looking at Pilates with a a Reformer and Cadillac chair. My youngest daughter is a certified personal trainer and said that she thinks that I will love it. My research says that I think I will too.

My other option is Yoga.

Any other suggestions based on what you are doing yourselves?

Thanks much!
I really haven't done much of either but if I had to choose one of the two, I'd choose Pilates. I'm not very good at being 'quiet' when I'm supposed to be getting my health bennies groove on and it seems like a more rounded program. My two pennies!

One super easy thing you can do at home is to get an exercise ball. You can do that while talking with the gf and/or watching TV and it's good for both of your goals and can be used in combination with either program.
