I was scheduled to go back to Pilates tomorrow and am very bummed I have to cancel. I am having quite a bit of discomfort in my neck and across my scapula after getting rear-ended yesterday.
I will give it another day or so, just to make sure everything is ok. I miss Pilates already. It was a crazy contradiction of very hard but very easy at the same time. I didn't feel any discomfort until the next day and that was strictly in my abdominals and inner thighs.
I want to jump back on the reformer as soon as I possibly can.
