Im making them a primal dinner...(if we don't end up going to the festival)
flat iron steak that has been sitting in beer, cumin, chili power, oregano, cayenne pepper, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice and a hint of orange juice. That will be grilled and served on a bed of greens w/ avocado and a cucumber/tomato/corn salad. I'll most likely simmer the marinade and create a sauce with it..and drizzle that on top of the steak.
