started my day out with yoga....
then going to do a cleaning job....it burns calories...so it counts to me...
speaking of which, I may have mentioned previously the site fitday.com They help you calculate your caloric needs for weightloss and even tell you what your everyday activities burn for calories. They even include sexual activity....ahem...
