Canned smoked sardines in olive oil, topped off with a crumbled boiled egg and chopped green onions. Season with salt, pepper, chili pepper flakes.
A crusty bread would be good, but I'm off bread for awhile. And a very dry white wine would be nice with this, but I don't have anything that's even close. Lemon water it will be, I guess.
