I threw something together for dinner, sauteed garlic, tomatoes, fresh basil and spinach to make a sauce, put it over penne, looked in the fridge for the shaved parmesan, none left. Kid said, try mozzarela cheese, and shaved it over the pasta. My kid says, you should start a diner, lol
