I went to the farmer's market and got some nice kale and a cabbage. So I sauteed a cut up chicken breast in a pan with some kale....added some mystery spice (my roommate works for a natural foods store and does product testing...lol) and voila! Late lunch early dinner.
I'm just lamenting that I forgot to get a nice Lake Lure cantaloupe now

I did, however, get a nice white muscadine wine...mmmm
