change of menu - why, because my wife thinks the chile is tooooo hot and won't eat it. So looks like-- I'll be eating it for lunch for the next few days.
Tonight:
Asian marinade ( coconut aminos, ginger rice vinegar, sesame oil/seeds, chile flakes, honey) on some chicken thighs (bone in/skin on) -- not sure if I want to grill or just bake. Will steam some asparagus and add coconut aminos, sesame oil, salt/pepper.
