Waking up early and really stiff and not being able to get back to sleep means another long workout. Yay.

I think I would have preferred the sleep though.

T33, random program, level 6
Stats: 386 cal, 3.43 mi, 65:00 min
Intervals: only one, for 60 sec and not until minute 48

Like I said, T33 keeps things interesting.
