We took a picnic to see the fireworks at Stone Mountain Park, and we had lots of cool salad-ish things tonight:
- apple, grape and almond salad with a sweet sour cream dressing
- chicken salad with almonds and tarragon on crackers
- lemony hummus
- fully loaded baked potato salad, with sour cream, bacon and chives
- cold fried chicken
- for dessert, strawberry topped cheese cake
