Good Evening!
well yesterday I made a big pan of eggplant parmesan, so since I had leftovers I threw together a nice salad with tomatoes cucumbers scallions I seasoned it with garlic salt pepper and olive oil that I infused with Rosemary and voila .
Dinner was ready with a glass of Shiraz on the side... delicious!!
