We all have our own pace. I've been very fortunate in that I can feel a little bit of a difference week to week, so I know that I'm on the right road but it feels like a verrrrry long trip trapped in the car with Aunt Edna and her constipation stories.

I take advantage of every 'better' day even if I know I may pay for it the next day because in the end, it pushes me closer to my pre-sciatica days. I'm trying to keep that in mind for my super stiff and cranky body days.
