It is funny that you mentioned the bikes. After I read the part about ice, but snow on top I thought "yep, I would have been riding on that", back in my mountain biking days. It is a very enjoyable crunch sound.

I hit the gym today. Just simple 45 minutes elliptical and weight machines. I always did free weights, but it really is just easier to get on a machine.
