I had a plan to get back in shape and had started by lifting weights in our basement.. Even joined a gym thinking it is open 24 hours and I can go after work.. BUT the clots in my lungs have sidetracked that for now however once I have the all clear from the doc I am going to hit it. I have already dropped 27 pounds and now I want to tighten the rest of me up ya know
