I did end up going to the gym today. 30 mins on the stationary bike at a random program kept the level lower however. Then a short circuit of the weight machines only 2 sets of 10 and lower weight then I would normally. Finished off with 15 mins on the Arc Trainer. All told I spent a hour and 15 there not to bad and I feel pretty good [/I]
