Today has been rushed from the get go. Early to work, work hard and fast, got stuck on the phone with an irate customer who really is sad and lonely and apparently has bed bugs, finished my errands outside of work, came back and covered for my employee's lunch, tidied up and left for a PT appointment. Once I got back, things slowed down and I'm comfy in my pajamas with Steven Harvey in the background now.
