Knowing my family and friends are safe and that they know that they are loved, the sunset, the stars in the sky, walking along the beach and taking in the smells, the sights, the feel of the waves over my feet, yoga, practicing staying in the moment, soaking in a bathtub, with candles, and music playing, laughter , sharing time with family and friends , a massage, the mountain sights on my drive home from work, cuddles and snuggles, my definition of good music which covers many genres, writing , drawing and so much more....
