It snowed all day, so you know what my exercise routine was.
I'm starting to develop a burning knot on the right side of my mid-back on days that I do moderate to excessive shoveling. I'm trying to adjust my form but I am strictly right-handed. Attempts to switch to the left for balancing purposes are short lived and mediocre at best.
If someone could run me over with a steamroller and straighten me out like fresh pasta, it might help.
