AQUARIUS SIX OF EARTH Generosity comes in many forms but the key thing to remember is to be generous with yourself. Don’t hold back on self-praise, on positive self-talk. And don’t dismiss it when it comes from others in your world. Honey, it’s a bit rude to tell people they are wrong about you. Hold your head up and smile when someone tells you that you rock. You do, you know. You rock.

Yeah, how many times have I said something like "Oh, it was nothing", or "So and so did more/helped me". Oops. And there's many ways to be generous with ourselves besides praise-giving ourselves time, music, expression, and rest, for instance. We can't be our best for our kids or partners until we're giving to ourselves even more generously than we give to everyone (and everything) else.
