My day has been filled with smiles, laughter and feel good moments!!! Even thru my physical pain I was able to enjoy my entire day..including...taking walks at the lake at my own pace, my dog doing silly things that crack me up and someone buying me treats (ice cream and strawberry Gatorade) on my way home.
Smiles, genuine laughter and reasons to be thankful are good healing medicine.
