Raw beet, carrot, cabbage and apple slaw tossed with lemon, diced onion, tahini, garlic and ginger.
Lentil hummus with hemp seeds, fresh basil, garlic, lemon, diced onion, black pepper and Brazil nuts.
Huge smoothie of baby kale & chard with some pineapple, banana, maca and wheatgrass.
It was an enormous meal! I loved every bite (and sip)!
