The rain has my all wonky today; I thought it was dinner time so...
I boiled some egg noodles I needed to use up...added a handful of brussel sprouts to the water...drained it, added butter and caraway seeds and some cut up kielbasa that I had leftover. Sprinkle of garlic salt and crushed red pepper...some cheese and voila. Lunch for dinner lol
