My bank has been updating software, changing procedures, and messing with the accounting practices of a month now.
They sent a letter today informing me they were inadvertently late with an interest payment. Thus, they were compensating me for their lateness.
My prize? A whole half penny added to my interest! How the heck do you add a half of a penny to your checkbook?
