Dinner menu: fresh snapped green beans fried with bacon, purple onion, and whole almonds; a broiled extra lean hamburger, dill pickle spear, and a small serving of homemade potato salad (boiled red potatoes, boiled eggs, mayo, mustard, tad of sugar, diced celery, celery seed, and diced sweet mini bell peppers). I must say that despite cutting back the carbs for over a month that potato salad almost seemed like the best part of the meal! LOL!
