Lunch was much healthier than dinner....
I had a tossed salad consisting of romaine lettuce, celery, carrots, sweet onion, sweet bell pepper, broccoli, radishes, tomatoes, and then I added green pimiento stuffed olives, banana pepper rings, and black peppercorn ranch dressing with parm cheese on top. I also had a piece of ring bologna, a dill pickle spear, and a piece of sharp cheddar cheese with an Atkins brownie for dessert.
