How was everyone's "Soul Stroll"? I completed mine with my Monday workout.
Walking on treadmill, 22 minutes, varied speed, 1.0 incline. 1.02 miles, 169 calories.
Upper Body workout. 2 sets, 10-12 reps. Enough weight to fatigue the muscles by rep 10.
Arc Trainer. 20 minutes, P-4, L-5. 0.62 mi, 257 calories.
Then finished off with stretching and ab work.
Did anyone else download the playlist to go along with the "Soul Stroll"? At first I thought the affirmations were a little cheesy. But I got into it the more I went along. I thought it was a good start.
