It's hot, I'm not feeling especially inspired, so it's nibbles tonight for me. Castel Vertrano olives, razor sharp Irish cheddar, thinly sliced red onion and toasted garlic naan. I'm thinking maybe a chilly glass of slightly flinty Sauv Blanc.
