I guess I was carb craving.
I went and got some egg noodles...boiled them with some garlic salt and snap peas...meanwhile sauteed some turkey ham and red pepper chunks with minced garlic...added some spinach the noodles at the last minute and threw it all together with TJ's every day spice and some red pepper flakes. A sprinkle of cheese topped it off quite nicely...
Not bad for thinking I didn't have a THING to make for lunch lol
