I had brown rice with quinoa, sweet peas and lean turkey crumbles with meat juice. I'm so glad I kept it. It adds a punch of flavor that's really nice.

I also had a big salad of baby arugula, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, baby cukes, smoked bacon bits, Parmigiano Reggiano and OG dressing.

I got rid of the cake so all that tempted me was my WW ice cream bars and Friendly's orange crème ice cream bars.

Both were excellent, in case you were wondering.
