Chicken Stew Southwestern Style

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2' pieces
4 med russet potatoes, peeled and cut very small
1 (15 oz) can mild salsa
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
1 (1 1/4 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together in crockpot, cook 7-9 hours on low. Serve with warm flour tortillas.






Apple Cobbler

INGREDIENTS

4 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups granola cereal, your favorite

DIRECTIONS

Place apples in buttered slow cooker; Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours. Serve with cream or ice cream
