Who knows? 4 or maybe 5 or maybe 3. Nighttime sleep is a mutha for me these days. That's the worst part of the knee replacement surgery. I stay tossin' and turnin'.

At its worst, the knees are numb, hurting, stiff, twinging (that's the best way to describe it), and itching—all at the same time and it happens the most at night. It's healing and I get it, but it ain't easy.

Still, I feel a gazillion times better than I did before surgery.

And I take a nap on most days. That helps.
