I'd say it's a mix of professional and "loose". HR recently fired a man for sexual harassment.

Icky to the absolute max.
It doesn't matter if it is a female, a male or a trans person either on the giving or receiving end; it feels sexually and behaviorally inappropriate and I would also feel very uncomfortable.
It is not workplace behavior!
