An Apology
Oh you did me wrong
An apology or two
Might get your foot back in the door
Of our very fragile friendship
But to be true
An apology is just words
Where actions are always louder
Then the mumbled words from your lips
I am not saying you aren't forgiven
But you have to prove
You didn't mean to be such an asshole
And break our friendship so terribly
I might be so very cliche
With this poem
But if it gets my message across
Then it has served its purpose.
