walk 4 to 5 miles a day
eat a low fat/high fiber diet
no sugar

I no longer work over 50 hours a week
I sleep 7-8 hours every night
I keep my stress level down
I spend time with friends and family daily
I laugh a lot
I keep a positive attitude (most of the time, if I don't I have good friends who kick me in the ass)
