Joined a women only gym last Thursday...brand new to my area...& had a Personal Trainer for an hour.
With my "limitations" I am using one machine to do pull up & sits, to tone leg muscles & shoulders.
I use a green band for my resistance program!
I do the rest in a chair (limited standing abilities...) BUT I am making progress. I use a length of PVC pipe to "warm up" with over head arm stretches.
Saturday I did 45 min in pool of water exercises, then just played about another hour.
Today I went back to gym (as I had to wait until cleared by neurosurgeon for my neck issues) & did another hour of same regimen above.
Next month I will have trainer add in elliptical to see how I manage that!
I have lost my required 2 lbs for the last week. I am stoked!!!
