The stuff I've been doing has been hard to calculate, but I've been active most every day. I'll run up and down the street after work or putz around doing chores or spend half of my workday sweeping.
I'm still entertaining the idea of a HRM for myself, so I know what I'm accomplishing when I do those things. When it comes to exercise, I'm very into numbers and calculations.
