Had a decent cardio workout this morning on exercise bike.
– Rode 5 miles in 21m 15s
– 4m of curls with hand weights
– 100 arm rolls
I have osteoarthritis in my shoulder and it flared up last fall. I thought the pain was from an old injury but it's osteoarthritis. It's better now but I need to go easy. Think I'll cut back on the arm rolls. I'll play it by ear.
