at the gym this am, worked out with weight buddy,
then decided I wanted to run outside...it is a beautiful
day, quite warm so I was drenched...smiling...I love
to sweat...by the time I finished running 8mi...and
thank you Mother Nature! Tomorrow, walking 4mi
with a new friend, not so talkie...
