Today has been about cycling as transport rather than fun 8miles is an easily managed distance - even with a pesky slow puncture!..this coupled with an easy coupla miles walking doing 'errands' will be adequate action today.

Cycling and, as it transpires, walking for shorter distances of under 3 miles-ish, for daily transport is my preferred way of maintaining twig-ness (The Space Cadet has always called me a 'twiglet' )

I'm crap at self motivation to do activities purely for exercise purposes but transport as exercise is somehow easy. Go figure!
