Had a good ride this morning while watching a bike tour through Switzerland on the internets and listening to a music playlist. Clocked in 6.4 miles in 30 minutes. That's pretty good. Could do better, but could do worse. Last weeks numbers were low:
– Rode 32.2 miles in 2.73 hours
– Completed 390 arm rolls
Earlier this week I decided to increase the circle in my arm rolls and ended up pulling my back out of whack from overdoing it! It was a struggle, but I thought I was doing okay. I didn't feel the pain till the next day. Thank goodness it only lasted for a couple days and I'm better now. Have gone back to doing smaller circles.
Will slowly increase the circle size over the next couple weeks. Maybe.
