Had a good ride this morning while watching another biking video through the Italian Alps and listening to the late saxophonist,
Michael Brecker. Again I had a hard time finding my groove, and again it all came together once I turned off the news and plugged into some music. Rode 6.4 miles in 31 minutes 38 seconds. Last weeks numbers, including today, are:
– Rode 43.7 miles in 3.4 hours
– Completed 240 arm rolls
One of the things I've come to like about riding is that I never know what kind of ride I'll have till I get into it — no matter what my intentions are. I may plan on taking it easy and end up having an intense ride or I may plan on having a good cardio ride and just end up having an easy-peasy ride. Doesn't make much difference since my goal is to ride and move regardless of the intensity.
