Even with laser removal, it's not "completely" gone. But it could lighten the image enough to cover it up with something else, depending on the colors used (green and black are harder to lighten) and a bunch of other things that I can't think of right now. I looked into it briefly, then decided the cost and pain (worse than the tattoo itself) were not worth it.

I love fairies and that would be a beautiful tat if done well!
