Also, they have a Dream Home contest....I'm fairly sure I'm going to win the next one, which is in New Mexico, between AlbuQUEERque & Santa Fe. I could force myself to live there.....

We love HGTV too. And the Do It Yourself network.

We have plans to buy up some properties, spruce 'em up a little, and use them as rentals.......so I call time watching those shows an investment.
