I hiked for about 2 hours...first half uphill second half obviously down hill..

I have noticed that down hill is getting easier. I've always had issues with it my entire life but my thighs and knees are getting stronger as my frequency of getting out there increases...and I'm feeling more certain of my footing as my new favorite Hiking spot becomes more familiar...
