I saw this too, on Facebook. I sent it to a number of my professional contacts who work with transgender people and plan to put it onto the WPATH listserve.
Thanks for posting this. I am glad you made it a separate thread, so that it will be noticed by people in the future and won't get lost in a general thread, like "Trans News" or something.
