I no longer drink soda's, but I do drink ice tea. I use Splenda or Equal. I drink in social situations. And the biggest change I have done is started drinking bottled water every day. Now, I do drink coffee in the morning, but for the remainder of the day, I am drinking water.
I try soy milk, and just cannot stand it. I tried to keep drinking it, but it made me so queezy. Any other suggestions for this? The only milk intake I have is with my coffee in the morning.
