I had an ice cream bar at 4:30 a.m. while waiting for my coffee to brew. When I get to work I will have a bowl of corn flakes, milk with thinly sliced banana. I got off the raisen bran this week and went to corn flakes. I'd been experiencing leg cramps at night. Since I have been on bananas with my cereal all week, the cramps have subsided.
