Good morning, exercisers! I hit the gym yesterday morning.

Warm up: Precor EFX576i elliptical, total body program
Stats: 127.2 cal, 1.11 mi, 1921 strides, 15:99 min

20 minutes HIIT session: mountain climbers, step ups and plyo jumps, hands weights on the Bosu ball and the ropes. Repeat.

Cool down: stretch for about 8 minutes

I felt like it wasn't very much but near the end of the day, my mid-back got pretty sore and is still sore so I know that I did do something productive. Go me.
