March 14th is National Question Day

Today is International Question Day - What does that mean? It means, in order to live life to its potential, we need to learn how to ask better questions.

According to the official website, "The goal of International Ask a Question Day is for people to benefit from asking more and better questions. Everyone asks questions; few people use them powerfully or as successfully as they could." It continues by saying there 12 reasons to ask questions:

*Learn and teach
*Think clearly, critically, strategically
*Challenge assumptions
*Clarify and confirm listening
*Catalyze productive conversation
*Build and maintain relationships
*Reflect and build awareness
*Solve problems and make decisions
*Set and accomplish goals
*Negotiate and solve conflicts
*Create and innovate new possibilities

I think it might be fun for each person who wants to participate on this thread to pick a question from 1 of the 12 categories and ask a question to the bfp audience. You can either post a question or respond to a question previously posted, or both!

My question is from the set and accomplish goals category - Do you currently have set/defined goals for your future, or do you prefer to go with the flow and face life as it unfolds?
